Sodium citrate is an essential ingredient that acts as a sequestrant in our DIY laundry detergent, because, serving as a water softener, it allows the soap to work more effectively.
So, it is suitable for use as a “builder” in laundry detergents but, unlike phosphate builders, it is environmentally safe.
The packaging is fully recyclable or biodegradable.
