In this class, you'll learn how to use toxin-free and biodegradable ingredients to create your own range of eco-friendly, vegan, zero-waste cleaning products.

 

Date: Wednesday 9th October, 7 pm - 9 pm 

Location: The Fernhust Hub, 2 Crossfield, Fernhurst, Haslemere, GU27 3JL

Duration: 2h

 




During the first part of the workshop, I will talk a little bit about my journey, why commercial products are so toxic, and why it is better to swap them for DIY cleaning products. 

In the second part of the workshop, we will make five recipes together:

Laundry sequestrant

Laundry softener and dishwasher rinse aid

All-purpose degreaser

Limescale remover

Dishwasher powder detergent 


You will take home a copy of my recipes and all five cleaning products.

Obviously, I have containers for the products, but if you want to repurpose your old bottles and jars, you are very welcome to do so.

What you will need:

Two plastic/glass spray bottles 750ml

One plastic/glass jar 150ml

Two plastic/glass bottles 1l

 

This class is suitable for beginners, and anyone over the age of 16 is very welcome! The price includes everything you need: all materials, use of any necessary tools, and, of course, complete instruction and assistance from myself.  


CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel and receive a full refund at any time up to 7 days before the workshop.
If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the workshop a 50% refund will be given. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance or failure to attend your class will not be eligible for a refund.
If the workshop is cancelled by The Green Boutique a full refund will be given.

Excellent Workshop

I attended Jo's workshop on Saturday 17th. June. It was so well organised and Jo made it so interesting and engaging. It was really great fun, but also very useful. The workshop is very interactive and Jo carefully explains each step of the way and the uses of different ingredients.

I have been using the cleaning products this week and they work very well.

Jo is so knowledgeable and passionate about her green cleaning products that it is hard not to get inspired by her. The workshop was well run and everyone had their own workstation of equipment.
